Barclay D. Rader, President and Co-founder of Enmark Energy, Inc.
Mr. Rader is responsible for Business Development and has 30 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, covering all facets including project management, operations & maintenance of pipelines and procurement of materials. He has extensive knowledge in the Oil and Gas market as well extensive knowledge in this field. He holds a BS degree from Mississippi State University.
Jeff Tharpe, Operations Manager
Mr. Tharpe has 19 years experience in the pipeline industry. He is responsible for the oversight of the pipeline operations and maintenance for Enmark to include all phases of operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, manuals and various programs. His experience in the pipeline industry has enabled him to maintain strict code compliance for Enmark’s clients. His current project is the Integrity Management program.
David M. Murray, Chief Inspector, Pipeline Construction
Mr. Murray has over 30 years experience in the pipeline industry to include all phases of new or existing pipeline construction. operations, maintenance, marketing and senior management. Over the past 30 years Mr. Murray has been involved in many facets of the industry bringing his past knowledge and expertise along with him as well as knowledge of new regulations required to meet an expanding industry. His current project is Enmark’s Operator Qualification program.
Donny R. Taylor, CO2 Plant Manager
Mr. Taylor has 30 years experience in the field of carbon dioxide. His knowledge in this field has enabled Enmark to expand their operations in the field of CO2 and related pipelines. Mr. Taylor has extensive knowledge in this field to include MOP monitoring of pipelines and related and operational & maintenance requirements. He also holds past management experience in the area of new CO2 plant construction. His current responsibilities include training of additional men in the field of carbon dioxide as well as the operations of two CO2 plants and related facilities.
